Semblex specializes in manufacturing complex fastener shapes and designs. Every special fastener application is different and requires a special design to meet the demanding requirements. The complex fastener sizes range from M0.6 millimeters to M18 millimeters in diameter and from ferrous to non-ferrous materials. Our in-house engineering team offers decades of expertise to answer complex shape questions.
Multi-die heading capabilities range from 2-die, 3-blow headers for miniature screws to 6-die, 6-blow headers for large-diameter products. Semblex utilizes advanced SMART thread-rolling equipment, allowing customers to rely on comprehensive in-house manufacturing capabilities located in the USA. Efficient workflows across our fastener machines enable consistent, high-volume production.
