SEMBLEX CORPORATION earns recognition as a John Deere "Partner-level
Supplier"
ELMHURST, IL — Semblex Corporation has earned recognition as a Partner-level supplier
for 2007 in the John Deere Achieving Excellence Program. The Partner-level status is Deere &
Company's highest supplier rating. The Elmhurst-based company was selected for the honor in
recognition of its dedication to providing products and service of outstanding quality as well as its
commitment to continuous improvement. Company employees accepted the recognition during
formal ceremonies held on February 19, 2008 in Davenport, Iowa.
Semblex Corporation is a supplier of fasteners and cold formed products to John
Deere's operation in Greenville, Tennessee and Horicon, Wisconsin.
Suppliers who participate in the Achieving Excellence program are evaluated annually in
several key performance categories, including quality, cost management, delivery, technical support
and wavelength, which is a measure of responsiveness. John Deere Supply Management created the
program in 1991 to provide a supplier evaluation and feedback process that promotes continuous
improvement.
Semblex® Corporation is manufacturer of specialty cold formed products and Fastening
SolutionsSM. Located in Elmhurst, Illinois Semblex® serves a wide range of customers and industries

Semblex® Corporation is pleased to announce the installation of its first 5-Die Long Stroke Progressive Header
The new Sacma SP360-EL was built to Semblex® Corporation requirements to move the company to a new level of parts forming. The capabilities of this former will produce parts up to 15mm in diameter and lengths to165mm. With 5 forming dies, parts can now be formed with multiple, more complicated features. In today’s competitive world, the ability to produce parts at a higher quality level is essential and with the quick-change features included, maximum performance and efficiency is achieved.
The installation of this new equipment is just another example of Semblex Corporation’s investment in technology, the future, and our commitment to our customers.
