Product and Application Design Support

 

Available design support includes fastening drawings, part consolidations (see Cold Headed Specials), boss recommendations, technical material, troubleshooting, and on-site support. 

 

 

 

Engineering Applications Lab

 

A wide range of tests can be performed in our Applications Laboratory to validate current joints and prove out new designs. Product teardowns can also be completed to give design recommendations which lead to cost savings.

Fastener Basics: A 2-day training course provided to our customer base which gives them the basics of externally threaded fasteners. Topics include terminology, heads, drives, thread, washers, manufacturing, quality, sorting, heat threat, plating, and assembly.
