ECM - Optical Measuring Machine
The device is the automated geometric measurement of screws, bolts, pins and similar small objects for quality assurance. Various parameters such as diameter, thread properties, lengths, but also shape and position tolerances, etc. can be measured. The machine can create and evaluate a 360° image within a few seconds.
Cleanliness Testing
Cleanliness analysis capability testing per customer-specific requirements. Meeting the needs of fastener critical surface cleanliness for assembly requirements. Including particle count and particle size using state of the art automated microscope in compliance with ISO 16232.
Material Analysis
Quality fasteners start with quality materials. Semblex uses a material spectrometer to verify incoming material chemistries so the right steel is used for the right part.
